About

Over a decade in the space between strategy and action

Before starting GreenStryde, I have been a marketer, a sustainability consultant, a climate-tech founder, and head of engagement at a climate NGO. That mix means I bring a sharp sense of what drives real change, paired with a builder's instinct and an understanding of commercial reality.

My story

I've worn quite a few hats over my decade+ career, but there have been a few common threads: sustainability, building things, and figuring out what actually makes people and organisations change their behaviour.

I started out in marketing, helping Australian businesses grow and scale. This included an equestrian e-commerce brand, a stockfeed company, and an environmental B2B SaaS scale-up.

I then moved more intentionally into the sustainability space, joining global consultancy Sia Partners, where I worked with large organisations on sustainability strategy, materiality, and regulatory analysis.

From there, I co-founded SeedCulture (a venture-backed tech startup) in London, building and launching an employee sustainability training and engagement platform from concept to market. Here, I learnt what it takes to get an organisation to act on their good intentions. That's the gap I see most often in sustainability work: plenty of targets, but not enough of the practical, human work of getting people to change what they do in their day-to-day.

Most recently, I've led the European expansion and training delivery for WorkforClimate, part of international climate NGO the Sunrise Project, running a multi-month climate leadership program for corporate professionals in Europe.

Now I run GreenStryde, combining my NGO lens on systemic impact and climate leadership, together with my growth and business background, to help companies build sustainability plans that are both credible AND commercially grounded.

How I work

A few things that don't change, project to project.

Built to last, commercially literate

Sustainability work has to be impact-first AND hold up past the next budget cycle. If it doesn't, it won't stick.

People first

Strategy documents don't change behaviour. People do, when they understand why and what to do differently on Monday.

Sustainability isn't a separate department

Most businesses I work with don't have a dedicated sustainability team. The work lives inside marketing, operations, comms, and more (the more embedded the better).
